“Tanweyat Industrial” auction achieves more than SAR 400 million in sales within hours in Sharqiya

The public auction organized by Ajlan & Brothers Group and Ammar Al-Qarya to sell the “Tanwei Industrial” scheme in the Eastern Province succeeded in achieving sales of more than 400 million riyals within hours of its sale at Al-Saif Hall in Khobar at a price of 600 riyals per meter, and the scheme contains 150 plots of land of various uses and areas with a total area of 893,913 square meters.

Ajlan Al-Ajlan - Chairman of Ajlan & Brothers Group - considered that the large attendance and the qualitative turnout of businessmen and investors to own industrial plots reflects the trend to achieve the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 launched by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Crown Prince and Chairman of the Council of Economic Affairs and Development in the Kingdom and his aspirations announced to industrial orientation as an alternative to depleting oil.

Ajlan Al-Ajlan - Chairman of the Board of Directors Al-Ajlan described the plan as suitable to meet the needs and services of industrial and commercial entities in the Eastern Province, noting that the rush of investors gives strong indications of the strength and durability of the Saudi economy in general and the real estate market in particular.
