His Royal Highness Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Tabuk Region, presented, in the emirate’s main reception hall, title deeds for residential units to eligible beneficiary families in the region, as part of the generous donation of one billion riyals made by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister—may God protect him—at his own expense. His Highness, on his own behalf and on behalf of the region’s residents, expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Crown Prince —may God protect him—for this generous donation to provide housing for eligible families, affirming that this initiative embodies the care that the leadership—may God support it—extends to citizens and its commitment to providing them with the essentials for a dignified life.

His Highness said: “The initiative of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince—may God protect him—is a humanitarian one that reflects the wise leadership’s commitment to empowering citizens and providing them with the essentials for a dignified life, It reinforces the values of national solidarity and contributes to supporting the development process and strengthening family stability in line with the Sustainable Development Goals across the Kingdom,” asking God—the Almighty—to bless these homes and grant continued success to all. The ceremony organized for this occasion began with a recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a video presentation on His Royal Highness the Crown Prince’s initiative to donate the housing units.
Following this, the Mayor of the Tabuk Region, Engineer Husam bin Muwafaq Al-Yusuf, delivered a speech in which he affirmed that the Regional Municipality, under the guidance of His Highness the Governor of the Region, with the oversight of His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, and in cooperation with the “Sakan” Foundation, is proud to serve as a bridge for this generosity and to witness the humanitarian impact of this initiative, which has become a tangible reality through the joy and gratitude of the beneficiary families.
Al-Youssef praised the donation by His Royal Highness the Crown Prince—may God protect him—to support home ownership for eligible families in various regions of the Kingdom, extending his thanks to His Royal Highness the Governor of the Tabuk Region for his patronage of this ceremony, and to His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing for his support and ongoing follow-up, praying to God to preserve the blessing of security and prosperity for the nation.

Following this, His Highness the Governor of the Tabuk Region handed over the title deeds for the housing units to the beneficiaries, who expressed their thanks and gratitude to the wise leadership for this initiative, emphasizing that the support and attention families receive reflect the leadership’s approach to strengthening family stability and improving the quality of life for citizens across the Kingdom.
For his part, His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Private Development Housing Foundation “Sakan,” Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Governor of Tabuk Region for his support and continuous follow-up, which contributed to the completion of the project’s phases in the region according to the specified timeline, in line with the leadership’s aspirations to accelerate the provision of adequate housing to eligible families.
