The Royal Commission for Makkah City and the Holy Sites has launched a new phase of the Developed Neighborhoods Program. The new phase includes the development of seven sites in Makkah covering an area of over 4.4 million square meters, with investments totaling approximately 16.3 billion riyals, according to “Al-Ikhbariya.”
The projects are being implemented through development partnerships involving a number of national companies, and the sites include: South Jarham – Al-Hajlah – Al-Khalidiyah – East Al-Hindawiyah – South Al-Hindawiyah – West Al-Hindawiyah – Al-Zuhur.
