His Excellency Fahd bin Mohammed Al-Jubeir, Secretary-General of the Eastern Province, today inaugurated the housing exhibition organized by the Secretariat’s Housing and Development Agency, in the presence of a number of officials and stakeholders in the housing and real estate development.
The exhibition aims to highlight homeownership projects in the Eastern Province, and to showcase the housing options available to citizens, thereby supporting urban development goals and contributing to the achievement of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 objectives aimed at increasing the percentage of Saudi households that own homes.
Engineer Al-Jubeir toured the exhibition booths, which featured a variety of housing projects, and learned about the Housing and Development Agency’s efforts to support the housing sector, as well as the National Housing Company’s (NHC) most prominent projects in the Eastern Province, their implementation phases, and completion rates, and the services provided to beneficiaries, as well as an overview of the projects’ objectives and their role in developing integrated residential communities characterized by ready infrastructure and a variety of housing products, thereby enhancing quality of life and meeting the needs of Saudi families.

A Review of 6 Residential Destinations
The exhibition showcases six residential destinations being developed by the National Housing Company (NHC) in the region, with a total area exceeding (21.4) million square meters and providing more than (31.9) thousand diverse housing units, reflecting the scale of the development and urbanization drive underway in the Eastern Province.
The exhibition also highlights the completion rates of a number of housing projects, along with achievements in infrastructure and service delivery, as part of efforts aimed at completing the foundations of urban development and providing integrated and sustainable residential communities.

Showcasing Housing Opportunities and Homeownership Programs
The Eastern Province Secretariat explained that organizing the exhibition is part of its efforts to strengthen integration with entities related to the housing sector, highlight high-quality housing projects, and enable beneficiaries to learn about housing opportunities, homeownership programs, and the services provided, thereby supporting informed decision-making based on their needs.
It emphasized that the exhibition contributes to supporting the Secretariat’s initiatives to promote development, strengthen partnerships with relevant entities, thereby contributing to achieving sustainable urban development, improving quality of life, and cementing the Eastern Province’s position as a leading development and investment destination.
