Last Thursday, the governor of Unaizah, Saad bin Abdullah Al-Saleem, inspected the “Ithkan Ata 1” project in Unaizah Governorate. During a field tour, he assessed the readiness of 12 developmental housing units and the quality of their construction to ensure that final preparations were complete before handing them over to the beneficiary families.
During the visit, the Governor of Unaizah listened to a brief explanation from Khalid Al-Qaraawi, Executive Director of the Al-Bir Charity Association in Unaizah Province, regarding the project’s implementation phases and the achievements made so far, The project comprises 12 housing units distributed across 6 buildings, with two units in each building, designed to meet the needs of eligible families and to provide a safe and integrated living environment that fosters stability and improves quality of life.
For his part, Yusuf Al-Fardous, spokesperson and Deputy Executive Director of the Ma’wa Association, emphasized that the project represents one of the unique initiatives that fall under a national collaboration bringing together the Al-Bir Charity Association in Unaizah Province (Khair), the Binyan Women’s Charitable Housing Association, and the Ma’wa Association for Social Services, in a model that reflects the unification of efforts and expertise to provide the best sustainable housing solutions to eligible families and achieve an effective developmental impact.
Al-Firdous explained that the project is an extension of the support and patronage of His Highness the Governor of Al-Qassim Region and the role of the Developmental Housing system affiliated with the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, alongside a number of government, development, and community entities, thereby contributing to achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 in increasing homeownership rates and enhancing quality of life.
