The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu signed an agreement to implement a residential project in Yanbu Industrial City, with a total value of 307 million riyals, in the presence of His Excellency Eng. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Salem, President of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, as part of the Commission’s efforts to develop housing infrastructure and enhance quality of life, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
The agreement was signed between Jabeen Company and Yasref Company, with the aim of financing and constructing 200 residential villas as part of the “Yanbu 1” project over three years, to meet the needs of residential neighborhoods in the Al-Aziziyah and Al-Nakhil districts, in accordance with the highest modern design and construction standards, to contribute to the provision of integrated residential units that support housing stability and enhance the urban environment in Yanbu Industrial City, keeping pace with the city’s rapid growth.
The project is an extension of the Royal Commission’s approach to strengthening partnerships with the private sector and developing integrated urban communities that provide a modern residential environment and enhance quality of life, in line with its strategic identity, which carries the slogan “Industry and Life,” and solidifies the Royal Commission’s cities" position as attractive destinations for housing and investment and employment.
