With the participation of 45 Canadian companies, a trade delegation from Canada presented investment opportunities to business leaders in a number of commercial sectors, The meeting, organized by the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce, brought the delegation together with their counterparts from Saudi companies to discuss ways to open up market access for these Canadian companies" products in the Saudi market.

The delegation’s visit is part of the Chamber’s efforts to provide more investment opportunities for businesspeople by establishing commercial partnerships with their counterparts in Canada, thereby supporting trade relations between the two countries and increasing the volume of trade, as well as enabling both sides to capitalize on investment opportunities and exchange industrial and commercial expertise for the mutual benefit of both nations.

On the sidelines of the reception organized by the Chamber for the delegation at the Businessmen’s Club, meetings were held between businesspeople and representatives of these companies, during which they discussed ways to capitalize on opportunities for commercial cooperation in the companies" areas of specialization, which include healthcare, information technology, mining, training and education, transportation, and legal consulting.
