The Real Estate Committee at the Riyadh Chamber, in collaboration with the Ministry of Investment and the General Real Estate Authority, a workshop titled “The Executive Regulations Governing Real Estate Ownership by Non-Saudis and Geographical Scopes,“ on Wednesday, July 22, 2026.

The workshop will host a number of experts and officials. The discussion will be moderated by Salem bin Ali Al-Qahtani, a member of the Real Estate Committee, with speakers including Omran bin Saleh Al-Mousa, Executive Director of Non-Saudi Real Estate Ownership at the General Real Estate Authority, Abdullah bin Ayed Al-Shammari, Director General of the Real Estate Sector at the Ministry of Investment; and Walid bin Abdulaziz Al-Ghunaim, Director General of Investment Licensing at the Ministry of Investment.

The workshop aims to explain the provisions of the executive regulations and geographical scopes, review real estate development and investment opportunities, and highlight the home ownership process for non-Saudis.
The workshop is scheduled to be held remotely at 1:00 p.m., and the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce has made registration available via a QR code designated for the event.
