The new edition of Cityscape Global 2026 kicks off under the slogan «Real Estate Capital» from November 16 to 19 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, with broad participation from real estate developers, investors, banks, and government agencies.

The exhibition brings together more than 600 exhibitors and allows visitors to explore hundreds of thousands of new residential units offered by more than 200 local and international real estate developers, along with exclusive financing and housing offers, educational programs and workshops tailored for first-time buyers, as well as more than 10 international pavilions that provide investors and buyers with a wider range of options for real estate investment worldwide.
The 2026 edition of the exhibition will see the launch of the «Capitals by Cityscape Global» platform, which aims to connect investors with developers, major projects, and investment opportunities in Saudi Arabia and global markets through one-on-one meetings, site visits to projects, and programs designed to build partnerships between local and international investors.

The exhibition will also feature the launch of the «Urban Stage» program, which connects developers and government agencies with buyers and provides an opportunity to learn about new projects.
