1.082 billion riyals deposited into the accounts of Housing Support Program beneficiaries for the month of July

Announced the Real Estate Development Fund deposited 1.082 billion riyals into the accounts of beneficiaries of the Housing Support Program administered by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and the Real Estate Fund, for the month of July 2026.

He explained that the total support for July was allocated to subsidize the profits from various housing support program contracts, to empower beneficiaries and improve their ability to own homes, thereby achieving the objectives of the Housing Program, one of the programs under Saudi Vision 2030, noting that the total amount deposited into the accounts of housing support program beneficiaries from January of this year (2026) through the current month of July reached approximately seven billion, five hundred fifty-four million riyals.
The Real Estate Development Fund provides housing support services through its online portal, in addition to the “Real Estate Advisor” service, which enables beneficiaries to tailor their support plans based on the best financing and housing recommendations.

Since its establishment in 1974, the Real Estate Fund has enabled more than 1,800,000 families to acquire their first home and has contributed to raising the homeownership rate among citizens to 66.24%, and the Fund continues to play a leading role in enabling families to own suitable homes, by developing innovative financing solutions in collaboration with financial institutions and real estate developers, thereby facilitating the homeownership journey and expanding the range of financing and housing options tailored to beneficiaries’ needs.
