The total area of the sold properties exceeded 1.3 million square meters, an indicator reflecting continued momentum in the real estate auction market and growing interest in the investment opportunities offered by the platform.

The Center explained that the auctions included a diverse range of real estate assets in several regions of the Kingdom, providing multiple options for investors and those interested in owning real estate, and contributing to the expansion of the base of auction participants.
