Register The Enforcement and Liquidation Center «Enfaaz» saw intense activity in the real estate auctions over the past week, having overseen 44 auctions in various regions of the Kingdom, which resulted in the sale of 174 real estate properties with a total value exceeding 115 million riyals.
The total area of the sold properties exceeded 1.3 million square meters, an indicator reflecting continued momentum in the real estate auction market and growing interest in the investment opportunities offered by the platform.

The Center explained that the auctions included a diverse range of real estate assets in several regions of the Kingdom, providing multiple options for investors and those interested in owning real estate, and contributing to the expansion of the base of auction participants.
The organization of these auctions is part of «Enfaaz»"s efforts to enhance the efficiency of liquidation and enforcement proceedings and accelerate the turnover of real estate assets, thereby supporting the revitalization of the real estate market and increasing the efficiency of investment in assets offered for sale.
