New services available through «Tawakkalna» include compliance certificates, appeals against fines, and municipal permits, all within a unified digital process.

The the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing a suite of municipal and regulatory services available through the «Tawakkalna» app, which aims to facilitate access to requirements, streamline the licensing process, and enable users to complete municipal services through a clearer and more user-friendly digital experience.
The Ministry clarified that the services include issuing certificates of compliance that verify a building or facility’s adherence to approved regulations and requirements, as well as the ability to appeal municipal fines in accordance with approved procedures.

The platform also provides licensing and planning services, which consolidate municipal licensing and planning services related to activities, sites, and facilities, in addition to a commercial and municipal activities service that outlines the activities and their associated regulations and requirements.
The services also include the Riyadh Commercial Signage Guide, which outlines the requirements and standards governing commercial signage, and a classification certificate verification service to confirm the validity of the classification certificate for the relevant facility or entity.

Submitting Applications Electronically
The platform also provides a municipal service request feature for submitting municipal applications electronically, a violations guide detailing types of municipal violations and associated procedures, as well as a service for issuing health certificates for workers in activities that require health requirements.
The Ministry emphasized that making these services available through the «Tawakkalna» app is part of efforts to advance digital transformation and facilitate beneficiaries" access to municipal and regulatory services via a unified platform.
