the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing has made available more than 70 digital services through the comprehensive national app “Tawakkalna”, enabling individuals, businesses, and investors to complete a number of municipal, housing, and real estate procedures and access them through a unified and reliable digital channel.
Available services include issuing, managing, and updating commercial licenses; issuing health certificates; as well as a number of construction services, including issuing building permits, occupancy and compliance certificates, rectifying building conditions, land fencing, and the transfer of ownership building permit.
The services also allow users to book appointments online, calculate municipal service fees, file appeals against fines and fees, and inquire about transactions, survey reports, and permits, in addition to submitting reports related to urban beautification and damaged vehicles, and requesting municipal services.

In the housing and real estate sector, services include verifying eligibility for housing subsidies, checking “Sakani” reservations, and using the mortgage calculator and online mortgage services, as well as services related to leasing, investment, and the accreditation of real estate developers, the issuance of permits for mobile units, sidewalk occupancy, and event organization.
The availability of these services through the “Tawakkalna” app reflects the integration of the Ministry’s digital system and the expansion of its channels for delivering municipal, housing, and real estate services, enabling beneficiaries to complete and track their transactions and access related information through a unified platform.
