the General Real Estate Authority the commencement of the physical registration of real estate for (167,352) parcels in the regions of Riyadh, Al-Qassim, Tabuk, Ha'il, and Al-Sharqiyah, beginning on Sunday, August 2, 2026, corresponding to 19 Safar 1448 AH, through the end of Thursday, November 5, 2026, corresponding to 25 Jumada al-Awwal 1448 AH.

Neighborhoods Benefiting from the Real Estate Registry in the Riyadh Region

Registration begins in the following neighborhoods in Halban Governorate: (Neighborhood No. 4, Al-Nuzha, Al-Nakhil, Al-Khara’iq), and the following neighborhoods in Hawtat Bani Tamim Governorate: (Part of Al-Yasmin neighborhood, Al-Muhammadiyah neighborhood, part of Al-Tadamon neighborhood, Najd neighborhood, part of Al-Jazirah neighborhood, Al-Saudiyah neighborhood, Al-Rawabi neighborhood, Al-Manar neighborhood, Al-Maseef neighborhood), while registration in Al-Majma’ah Governorate will begin in the following neighborhoods: (Al-Yasmin neighborhood).

Neighborhoods in the Tabuk Region
Registration will also begin for a number of real estate parcels in the following areas: Tabuk Region (the town of Bir Harmas), Hail Region (the city of Hail), and a number of real estate plots in the following governorates within the Riyadh Region: (Al-Aflaj Governorate, Al-Jalah and Tabrak Governorate, Al-Ruwai’dah Governorate, Riyadh Governorate, Al-Rain Governorate, Al-Qasab Governorate, Al-Quway’iyah Governorate, Thadig Governorate, and Harimla Governorate).

Neighborhoods in the Al-Qassim Region
In the Al-Qassim Region, registration will begin in the following neighborhoods in the town of Al-Ammar: (part of Al-Rayyan neighborhood, part of Al-Afq neighborhood, part of Al-Nahda neighborhood), and a number of real estate plots in the town of Al-Dhahiriyah.

Neighborhoods in the Eastern Region
In the Eastern Region, registration begins in the following neighborhoods in the village of Al-Sadawi: (Manakh Neighborhood, Umm Kaddad Neighborhood), and in the town of Al-Rafiah in: (Al-Wurood neighborhood), noting that the neighborhoods were selected based on specific criteria, and that the remaining regions, governorates, and neighborhoods subject to in-person real estate registration across the Kingdom will be announced in due course.
The Real Estate Authority noted that the initial registration of properties in these regions and neighborhoods will be available through the electronic real estate registry platform https://rer.sa, or through service centers, noting that physical registration requires a title deed that meets the regulatory requirements to complete the registration process.
The Authority called on property owners in the regions and neighborhoods subject to physical registration to verify their title deeds and ensure they meet the necessary requirements in preparation for the start of registration, Inquiries regarding the registration steps can be made through the Authority’s official platforms or by calling the Customer Service Center at 199002.
Starting from the scheduled date for the commencement of registration, a “Property Number” and a title registration deed for each registered real estate unit. The title registration deed will include the property’s details, descriptions, condition, and associated rights and obligations linked to precise geospatial information, thereby contributing to the strengthening of infrastructure and the sustainability of the real estate sector, as the real estate registration system aims to increase the reliability of real estate records and enhance transparency in the real estate sector.
