The British capital, London, will host the Saudi-British Real Estate Exhibition from August 2 to August 4, The exhibition will be held in the Grand Ballroom at the Chancery Rosewood Hotel (Chancery Rosewood) in Mayfair, with specialized media sponsorship from Amlak Real Estate newspaper and the participation of a select group of developers, investors, and experts from the United Kingdom and the Gulf states.

It is considered the largest platform bringing together Saudi real estate developers and investors in the United Kingdom, with an expected attendance of approximately 8,000 visitors over three days. This year’s edition holds particular significance, as it follows Saudi Arabia’s adoption of a new legislative framework allowing non-Saudis to own real estate, making the exhibition the first real estate event of this scale in the UK to keep pace with these regulatory changes and showcase the investment opportunities offered by the Saudi real estate market.

The exhibition brings together a select group of Saudi real estate developers, along with investors from the United Kingdom and the Gulf states, financial institutions, legal services firms, and real estate technology companies, It also features a dedicated area for one-on-one meetings and deal-making, as well as specialized consultants to answer questions regarding legal and tax matters.
