The city of Jeddah is preparing to host the fifth edition of the “Serido” Real Estate Development and Ownership Exhibition 2026, which will take place from September 6 to 8 at the “Jeddah Superdome”.
This prominent event, sponsored and supported by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, forms a leading platform aimed at promoting investment opportunities and showcasing the latest projects and innovative solutions in the Kingdom’s real estate sector .
The exhibition serves as a strategic meeting point, bringing together leading real estate developers, investors, and financing entities under one roof, thus contributing to building strong partnerships and opening new avenues for collaboration. In addition to showcasing key investment opportunities and innovations, “Serido” offers a rich knowledge program that includes a series of workshops and panel discussions led by experts and specialists. These sessions will address emerging trends and challenges in the real estate market, and review best practices that support urban development in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
This edition comes as an extension of the great successes achieved by previous editions, amid aspirations to be the most distinguished in terms of the size of participation, the diversity of exhibitors, and the quality of the content provided, thus consolidating the position of Jeddah as a major destination for hosting major real estate events in the region.
In this context, Her Royal Highness Princess Deena bint Saud bin Abdulaziz, Chair of the Board of Directors of the “ Serido 2026” Exhibition, expressed her thanks and appreciation to the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing for its support and sponsorship, stressing that this edition represents a new milestone in the exhibition’s journey to reach an integrated platform that enhances cooperation opportunities and keeps pace with the rapid growth witnessed by the real estate sector in the Kingdom.
For his part, Professor Abdul Rahman Al-Zahrani, Executive Director of the “Serido 2026” exhibition, expressed his great enthusiasm for the launch of this edition, pointing to the high value that the event achieves by connecting the most prominent developers, investors and government bodies to explore growth prospects and ways of cooperation.
To enhance this comprehensive integration, the exhibition enjoys the participation of prominent national entities, with the General Authority for Real Estate present as a legislative partner through an informational pavilion showcasing the most important real estate legislation and regulations in the Kingdom, in addition to the participation of the Real Estate Development Fund as a partner for the financing sector, and the National Housing Company (NHC) as a main sponsor of the exhibition, reflecting the concerted efforts to enable and develop the real estate development and housing sector.
