This prominent event, held under the patronage and with the participation of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, serves as a leading platform aimed at promoting investment opportunities and showcasing the latest projects and innovative solutions in real estate sector in the Kingdom.
The exhibition serves as a strategic meeting point that brings together, under one roof, an elite group of real estate developers, investors, and financing entities, thereby contributing to the building of strong partnerships and opening new horizons for cooperation. In addition to showcasing the most prominent investment opportunities and innovations, “Serido” offers a rich educational program that includes a series of workshops and panel discussions led by experts and specialists to discuss current trends and challenges in the real estate market, and to review best practices that support urban development in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

This edition builds on the great successes of previous editions, amid expectations that it will be the most outstanding in terms of the scale of participation, diversity of exhibitors, and quality of content presented, thereby cementing Jeddah’s position as a premier destination for hosting major real estate events in the region.
