The Enforcement and Liquidation Center is a government center with legal personality and financial independence. Its mission is to enhance cooperation between judicial and governmental bodies in liquidation and sale operations, by assigning these operations to technically specialized entities and supervising their implementation, in a way that contributes to preserving asset values and accelerating the fulfillment of rights.
The center’s work includes the liquidation and sale of assets assigned to it by judicial and governmental authorities. It relies on specialized service providers in the fields of valuation, marketing and sales to carry out some of this work, while holding public auctions in person, electronic or hybrid under the supervision of “Enfaz”.
The center provides a digital platform for auctions, allowing individuals and private entities to view and participate in auctions, within an electronic system for managing liquidation and sale operations. "Enfaz" was established by Cabinet Resolution No. 415 dated 19/7/1440 AH, and is organizationally linked to the Minister of Justice. It replaced the Real Estate Contributions Liquidation Committee pursuant to Cabinet Resolution No. 583 dated 18/7/1445 AH.
