10,000 to 40,000 pieces annually
The Real Estate Balance Platform was launched in Riyadh, pursuant to the royal decree approving the provision of planned and developed residential land for citizens, with a number ranging between 10,000 and 40,000 plots annually over the next five years, at prices not exceeding 1,500 riyals per square meter.
The Royal Commission for Riyadh City oversees and manages the platform, which aims to contribute to achieving real estate balance and enhancing homeownership opportunities for beneficiaries within Riyadh. The platform allows eligible individuals to purchase planned residential land within a balanced urban framework, in accordance with the principles of sustainable urban planning, aiming to achieve equitable distribution and promote a balance between supply and demand in the residential real estate market.
Electronic system from application to ownership
The Real Estate Balance Platform operates through an integrated electronic system that begins with receiving applications, then announcing the eligibility list for those who meet the conditions, followed by conducting the lottery and determining the lands, then allocation and completing the off-plan sale procedures, leading up to the completion of the ownership procedures.
The platform also relies on electronic integration with relevant government agencies, with the aim of enhancing data reliability and accelerating procedures related to the stages of benefiting from the program, which contributes to supporting the stability of the real estate market and raising the quality of life in the city of Riyadh.
