The Enforcement and Liquidation Center (Infanat) signed a cooperation agreement with Bank Al-Bahr to establish a framework for cooperation between the two parties to provide financing solutions for eligible participants to purchase real estate assets that are offered for auction conducted by Infanat.

The agreement stipulates enhancing coordination and integration in procedures related to real estate financing, qualifying clients to participate in auctions, as well as developing electronic connection channels, information exchange, and improving the technical integration between the parties’ systems; all of which contribute to facilitating procedures related to participating in auctions and purchasing real estate assets, and improving the efficiency of services provided to enforcement beneficiaries.
The agreement comes as part of enforcement efforts to enhance integration with relevant parties, and support the efficiency of sales and liquidation operations, contributing to accelerating the realization of rights and providing qualitative solutions and integrated experiences for beneficiaries in the liquidation sector.

Support and Clearance Center
The Enforcement Center is a government center with legal personality and financial independence. Its mission is to enhance cooperation between judicial and governmental authorities in the processes of liquidation and sale by assigning those tasks to specialized professionals and overseeing their implementation, thereby contributing to preserving the values of assets and accelerating the realization of rights.
The center’s activities include the liquidation and sale of assets entrusted to it by judicial and governmental authorities; in implementing some of these activities, it relies on specialized service providers in the fields of valuation, marketing, and sales, with public auctions held in person, electronically, or hybrid formats under the supervision of Enforcement.
The center provides a digital auction platform that allows individuals and private entities to view and participate in auctions within an electronic system for managing liquidation and sale operations. Infaad was established pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. 415 dated 19/7/1440 H, and is administratively linked to the Minister of Justice. It also replaced the Committee for the Liquidation of Real Estate Contributions in implementation of Cabinet Decision No. 583 dated 18/7/1445 H.
