The most prominent property offered is a 5,280-square-meter commercial/residential plot of land, located directly on Anas Ibn Malik Road in the Al-Sahafa district, north of Riyadh, with existing buildings. The auction also includes two agricultural plots in the Diriyah Governorate: one in Shuaib Al-Hariqa, measuring 71,098 square meters, and the other measuring 19,265.48 square meters.
The auction also includes two residential villas, one in Al-Sahafa neighborhood with an area of 500 square meters, near Anas Bin Malik Road and King Fahd Road, and the other in Al-Masif neighborhood with an area of 550 square meters, near King Abdulaziz Road and the Northern Ring Road.
