On the sidelines of the Saudi-Swedish Business Council delegation’s visit to Sweden, the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, represented by Maria Ranka, emphasized the depth of cooperation between the Kingdom and Sweden and the scale of their economic and trade exchange, as well as the alignment of the two countries" views and interests. She explained that industrial and commercial cooperation between the two nations has contributed to supporting development activities and trade cooperation between the two sides in various fields, with the volume of trade between the Kingdom and Sweden reaching 6.8 billion riyals in 2014, and stressing the importance of strengthening and supporting cooperation to achieve the goals and aspirations of both sides.
She described her country as one of the most important European nations with which the Kingdom conducts trade on a global scale, particularly in the fields of energy, training, and health, noting that the Kingdom is a land of investment opportunities, and that we seek to strengthen the bonds of cooperation and deepen relations between the two countries.
