The official account for the Unregistered Land Fees System announced yesterday, Friday, that a website for unregistered land will be launched in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Commerce and Investment, and the National Information Center under the Ministry of the Interior. Every landowner whose land is subject to the fees must access the website after the announcement and register their land within six months of the announcement. The website will soon provide a valuation mechanism for subject lands, as well as electronic billing and collection services.

The account noted that “white land” fees will be implemented once the Cabinet approves the executive regulations, beginning with the announcement of the first targeted cities.
