DAMAC Properties has signed 25 contracts worth AED 3 billion for construction and consultancy work at its projects during the first half of 2016. The contracts include the outsourcing of core operations for more than 2,678 villas within the luxury community of AKOYA Oxygen and the golf course view apartment buildings at Carson - The Drive at AKOYA by DAMAC.

DAMAC Properties has signed 25 contracts worth AED 3 billion to carry out construction and consultancy work at its projects during the first half of 2016.

Ziad El Chaar, Managing Director at DAMAC Properties, revealed that the company is close to delivering more than 2,670 villas at AKOYA Oxygen, the design of the golf course has been finalized and significant progress has been made in terms of selecting the main contractor, El Chaar explained, adding that work has started in many areas of the site, as for AKOYA by DAMAC.

Ziad El Chaar also revealed that the company is close to delivering the contract for the project, which has been awarded to the developer.

DAMAC Properties has completed the delivery of 15,800 homes, including nearly 2,000 hotel units, as of March 31, 2016.
