Ain Seih shareholders receive their financial entitlements and a dividend of 268%

The shareholders of the Ain Al-Sih stock, owned by the Baghlaf Al-Zafar Holding Group in the Eastern Province, will begin receiving their financial proceeds from the sale of the stock next week via direct bank transfers to their accounts.

The Real Estate Shares Committee at the Ministry of Commerce and Investment had announced its decision to distribute the full capital and profits at a rate of 268% to the shareholders of Ain Al-Seih, which was previously auctioned off under the committee’s supervision.

The committee will also distribute a portion of the capital from the Jeddah Shadows shares—which belong to Al-Suwaidani Real Estate Development and Investment Company—with the remainder to be distributed once it is collected.

Meanwhile, the committee decided to sell six undeveloped plots of land in the Eastern Province, with a total area exceeding 7.5 million square meters, belonging to the Half Moon Beach land contribution owned by Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al-Hamdan, through direct sale. The date of the offering and the deadline for receiving purchase applications will be determined at a later time.
