Zulfi Municipality begins disbursing SAR 109 million to 67 property owners

The municipality of Zulfi Governorate has started paying the owners of 67 properties that were expropriated in favor of the expansion of King Fahd bin Abdulaziz Road and the parking lots of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Mosque, where the municipality allocated the amount of compensation for the expropriation of 67 properties at a cost of 109 million riyals.

The mayor of Zulfi Governorate, M. Abdullah bin Hindi Al-Otaibi explained that the payment of compensation checks for the properties expropriated for the expansion of King Fahd bin Abdulaziz Road Phase III, which amounted to 56 properties at a total cost of (77,415,250) riyals. The properties expropriated in favor of the parking lots of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Mosque amounted to 11 properties at a total cost of 31,518,127 riyals.

Al-Otaibi stressed that the disbursement of the amounts will be after emptying through the Zulfi notary in favor of state property and in the name of (Zulfi Governorate Municipality), Al-Otaibi concluded his speech by thanking the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs, the Governor of Riyadh Region and the Undersecretary for Governorate Affairs for their keenness to do everything in the interest of the country and the citizen.
