flynas moves its domestic flights to the fifth terminal at Riyadh Airport starting next Saturday

The Saudi national carrier, flynas, has confirmed the transfer of all its domestic flights to Hall (5) at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, and the company explained that all its domestic flights (arrivals and departures) will be in the new Hall (5), starting on Saturday, August 13, 2016. The operation of the lounge is expected to be a major step forward for the aviation sector thanks to the modern and advanced technologies that will serve the airline and contribute to the development of the services it provides to its guests, as the operation of the lounge will be gradual as is internationally recognized in the operation of new lounges.

For his part, Bandar Al-Muhanna, CEO of Nas Holding Group, expressed his happiness with the transfer of domestic flights to the new lounge, saying: "We thank the Civil Aviation Authority for its confidence in the ability of flynas to operate Terminal 5 at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, as this step requires a high level of readiness to fully transition the departure and arrival of all domestic flights, and we are able, God willing, to do so, especially since this step will make great progress in the quality of services we provide to our traveling guests and serve them with the latest means and technologies. Lounge 5 is the newest airport lounge in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, built on an area of more than 100,000 square meters with advanced and environmentally friendly technologies, ready to accommodate 12 million passengers annually through 8 gates that can receive 16 aircraft simultaneously. It is also equipped with 36 check-in counters and platforms dedicated to serving people with special needs. There are 20 self-service machines for travelers to complete all travel procedures, and 4553 square meters dedicated to shops and restaurants.
