His Royal Highness Prince Mansour bin Mutaib bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs, issued Decree No. 23019 to allocate suitable land for the expansion of the Hail Industrial City, in addition to His Highness’s directive to the Hail Region Municipality to take the necessary measures to allocate industrial land designated for women, This comes as part of the efforts by His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Abdulmohsen bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Hail Region and Chairman of the Supreme Commission for the Development of the Hail Region, to address the development needs of the Hail Industrial City and its need for expansion by providing suitable industrial land for industrial projects, following discussions between the Supreme Commission for the Development of the Hail Region and the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs.
His Highness the Governor of the Hail Region and Chairman of the Supreme Commission for the Development of the Hail Region recently discussed the development needs of the Hail Industrial City with the Minister of Commerce and Industry, who is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Industrial Cities Authority (MODON).
His Highness directed the swift implementation of MADIN’s strategy for the development of the Hail Industrial City, His Highness Prince Saud bin Abdulmohsen bin Abdulaziz expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs for his support of the development of the Hail Industrial City through the allocation of land owned by the Regional Municipality that is suitable for industrial facilities.
His Highness the Governor of the Hail Region and Chairman of the Supreme Commission for the Development of the Hail Region called on investors in industrial projects to invest in the Hail Industrial City and take advantage of the economic benefits and attractive incentives for industrial projects offered by “Madin,” His Highness affirmed that all procedural facilities will be provided by the relevant authorities in the Hail Region to establish industrial projects in the Hail Industrial City.
