Riyadh acquires 26% of the Kingdom's white lands with an area equivalent to 504.4 thousand square hectares

A statistic issued by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs indicated that the area of white land in Saudi Arabia amounted to about 1.91 million square hectares during the year 1436 AH, and the statistic indicated that the total used residential land amounted to 1.33 million square hectares, while the total planned residential land amounted to 855.5 thousand square hectares.

According to the statistic, the Riyadh region ranked first in the area of white residential land with 26% of the total area, equivalent to 504.5 thousand square hectares.
