Majid Al Haqeel on the occasion of National Day: The Kingdom's 86-year march of progress and development

Housing Minister Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail extended his sincere congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Crown Prince, Second Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense - may God protect them - on the occasion of the 86th National Day of the Kingdom, praying to God Almighty to protect them and grant them success for all that is good for the country and the citizen, and to keep our country safe and secure, progress and prosperity.

In a speech on this occasion, Al-Haqeel stressed that the National Day is an uninterrupted joy, in which great glories and achievements are consolidated in all fields, and in which the real bond between the leadership and the people is manifested, and loyalty and belonging emerge in its most beautiful forms, to integrate an unparalleled national cohesion, under the banner of unification and the leadership of the King of Determination and the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may God protect him -

Haqeel stressed in his speech that the National Day is an uninterrupted joy. <”Our country has been standing tall among all the countries of the world since the era of the founder, King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman, passing through the reigns of his sons, Saud, Faisal, Khalid, Fahd and Abdullah, to this auspicious era in which we enjoy security, safety and stability, a march of progress and growth, accompanied by a prominent regional and international position at the political, economic, educational and other levels, influential and effective contributions in various affairs and issues, in addition to an ambitious national vision and a national transformation program to seek to continue the wheel of progress towards further advancement of the country and the citizen.”

<“Our dear Kingdom is always witnessing continuous development and continuous renaissance that includes all sectors, and there is no doubt that the housing sector is one of those sectors that have received attention, care, and unlimited support, which resulted in a set of projects, plans, programs, and initiatives that aim to organize and facilitate a sustainable housing environment that contributes to empowering the nation and the citizen. The Ministry is currently working to continue the allocation and delivery of the 100,000 housing products that began to be distributed at the beginning of last Shaaban and will continue for a full year. These products include ready-made housing units (flats), ready-made housing units (villas), ready-made housing units (villas), ready-made housing units (villas), ready-made housing units (villas), ready-made housing units (villas), and ready-made housing units (villas). Within the framework of programs and initiatives, the ministry has launched a number of them in line with the National Transformation Program 2020 and the Saudi Vision 2030 and in line with the ministry's strategic objective of supporting supply, enabling demand, facilitating citizens“ access to housing, regulating the housing environment, restructuring the sector and thus raising the rate of home ownership, including the white land fees program, which aims to reduce monopoly and hoarding of land and helps raise the rate of development within the urban area to provide land at affordable prices, and the developer services center “Completion” which contributes to accelerating the issuance of approvals for plans within a period of time.
