M. Mr. Abdullah bin Abdullah, Director of the Department of Discretion and Follow-Up and General Supervisor of the General Supervisor of the Ministry of Finance, revealed that The number of factories in the Kingdom has reached 7571 factories with an operational labor force of up to one million workers, Engineer Al-Ghamdi pointed out that all factories receive logistical and technical support and electronic and industrial services free of charge within the framework of the policy of encouraging internal investment.

In an interview on the occasion of the launch of the Saudi Construction Exhibition, which will be launched this evening, Monday, October 17, and will continue until the 20th of this year at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center, Al-Ghamdi stressed that 5148 factories are small factories with investments not exceeding 10 million riyals, representing 68% of the total factories, while the number of large factories is 670 factories, representing 9% of the total, and their investments exceed 100 million riyals.

Al-Ghamdi said that the number of factories in the category of small investments is 5148 factories with investments of not more than 10 million riyals, accounting for 681 TP3T of the total factories.

It is worth mentioning that the Ministry has a number of incentives through the application of the unified industrial organization of the GCC countries, including financing through the Industrial Fund and industrial lands through industrial cities, whether the Royal Commission in Jubail and Yanbu or the Industrial Cities Authority or the Economic Cities Authority, in addition to municipal industrial zones that include a number of light industries, and customs exemption for industry inputs such as raw materials, machinery, equipment and spare parts.

It is also worth mentioning that the Ministry has a number of incentives through the application of the unified industrial organization of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
