Housing participates in the Jeddah City Development Exhibition

The Ministry of Housing, represented by the Developer Services Center ”Completion” and the off-plan sales program “Wafi”, is participating in the seventh edition of the Jeddah City Development and Real Estate Investment Exhibition, which will be held from February 2 to 4, corresponding to 2 to 4 Safar 1438 AH at the Jeddah Center for Forums and Events.

The Ministry of Housing is participating in the exhibition to communicate with real estate developers from the exhibition participants and visitors.

The participation of the Ministry of Housing in the exhibition comes to communicate with real estate developers from the exhibition participants and visitors to introduce the project of the "Completion" center for developer services and the facilities it provides to obtain the necessary approvals and licenses for the implementation of residential and commercial residential projects, through several agreements with the concerned authorities that will facilitate the procedures for developers to obtain the necessary licenses for real estate development activities, the most important of which is the agreement with the Ministry of Justice, the General Directorate of Civil Defense, the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and the two water and electricity companies.

The Ministry of Housing's participation in the exhibition comes to communicate with real estate developers from the participants in the exhibition and visitors.

On the other hand, the Wafi program will review through the exhibition platform the products offered by the program, the most important of which are the license to sell and rent real estate units on the map, the license to sell land on the map, the license to market internal or external real estate on the map inside the Kingdom, the license to display internal or external real estate on the map in exhibitions inside the Kingdom, and the definition of the new regulations of the off-plan sales system and the requirements for obtaining the necessary licenses to practice real estate activities covered by these regulations that come into force in early next March.

On the other hand, the "Wafi" program will review the products offered by the program through the exhibition platform.
