The Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) announced the launch of the National Leadership Empowerment Program (iLead2), which aims to develop the management and leadership skills of 5,000 Saudi managers and 1,000 Saudi executives in the private sector and NGOs over the next four years, until 2020.

The Director General of the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf), Dr. Abdulkarim bin Hamad Al Nujaidi, explained that the Promising Leaders Empowerment Program (iLead2) comes with the support and guidance of His Excellency the Minister of Labor and Social Development and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fund, Dr. Mafraj bin Saad Al Haqbani, in line with the National Transformation Program 2020 and the Kingdom Vision 2030.
