King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) will launch its second round of residential plots for the construction of villas in the “Beach” area of Al Murooj, the most prestigious residential coastal neighborhood in the economic city, at the Al Faisaliah Hotel in Riyadh from November 25 to 27, 2016.
The Beach area covers an area of 900,000 square meters and includes plots of land for the construction of large villas, ranging in size from 600 to 6,000 square meters, with either a direct view of the Red Sea beach or land surrounding the project with a view of the sea and near the Royal Greens golf course.
