Omran Al Omran & Co. Ltd. was able to sell about 45.6 million shares of its shares in Almarai Company for a total of 2.7 billion riyals, and the number of shares sold reaches 5.7% of the company's capital of 800 million shares, and it still has shares in Almarai after completing the sale process.
