The Saudization rate in the banking sector witnessed its highest level in the sector's history at 90.2% at the end of 2015 compared to 89.1% in 2014, and the number of Saudi employees in the sector increased from 42.4 thousand employees in 2014 to about 44.7 thousand employees at the end of 2015 with a growth rate of 5.4%.
