Century 21 Saudi Arabia and Okta Group for Real Estate Investments have signed a contract for the exclusive marketing of the «Okta» project located in the Al Malaz neighborhood on Omar bin Abdulaziz Road. The contract was signed by Alwaleed Hamad bin Zouman, General Manager of Century 21 Saudi Arabia and Khalid Al Hamad, General Manager of Okta Group. The project is characterized by easy access as it is located at the intersection of Omar bin Abdulaziz and Fatima Al-Zahraa streets and thus can be accessed from several roads that are one of the most important vital arteries of Riyadh, Khurais Road, the Eastern Ring and Al-Stein Road.

The building consists of six floors, two for the basement used as parking lots to accommodate more than 120 cars and the rest are office floors and annex with a total rental area of about 5300 square meters.
One of the features of the project is the presence of additional parking lots surrounding the building, the building has two elevators, and the lobby is characterized by the quality of design and the beauty of finishing, as it used the style of modern contemporary architecture that adds to the building a lot while taking into account the aspirations of the owner and tenants in the medium and long term.

The building has an integrated electronic smoke detection system as well as an automatic fire extinguishing system approved by the Civil Defense and the building is one of the few projects managed by the global BMS system for managing similar projects. The building also has an advanced telecommunications network such as landline telephone lines, fiber optic network for faster internet connectivity and satellite connectivity.
Following the signing of the contract, Nasser bin Abdullah Al Babtain, Director of the Commercial Sector at Century 21 Saudi Arabia, expressed his happiness for this first cooperation with Okta Group for Investment and Real Estate Development and said that we look forward to a continuous and permanent cooperation with this pioneering group, noting that a specialized project manager has been appointed to market the project, and the initial marketing process has already begun.

For his part, Khalid Al Hamad, General Manager of Okta Group, said that the approval of Century 21 to market the project came after a thorough study of all offers submitted by other marketing companies, and we found that «Century 21» Saudi Arabia meets the ambition and goal of the owners in the group, and added that the coming days will witness the launch of many other investment projects.
