Century 21 Exclusive Marketer for Al Dawood Commercial Building in Riyadh

Saudi Century 21 has concluded an exclusive contract to market the Al Dawood commercial building in the capital, Riyadh, and the contract was signed by Mr. Alwaleed Hamad bin Zouman, General Manager of the company, and Mr. Abdullah bin Nasser Al Dawood, owner of the building, and the project is considered ideal for large and medium-sized companies for its distinctive location and streamlined design in addition to the competition of the rental price with similar projects.
The Dawood building is located on Abdullah bin Hamdan Street to the north of its intersection with Prince Sultan Street (the thirtieth) in the Olaya neighborhood on four streets on a land area of 5160 m², and the building consists of three floors, each floor has an area of 3400 m², in addition to two basement floors that accommodate more than (240 cars) with the Fresh Air system, and the total rental area of the project is estimated at about 12600 m².
The project has all safety systems such as smoke and fire detectors, advanced fire extinguishing systems, as well as the availability of emergency exits, as it was designed to take safety and security into consideration.
