Riyad Bank recently launched the second session of its “Business Technology and Information Security” training program in collaboration with Al-Yamamah University, with the participation of 40 male and female trainees from the business technology, information security, and digital banking sectors. which focuses on behavioral and technical skills and consists of two main phases: the first is the theoretical phase, lasting 95 training days, while the second phase consists of practical, on-the-job training.
In this context, Adnan Al-Juwain, Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Riyad Bank, explained that the program targets recent graduates recruited from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques" Overseas Scholarship Program for the United States and the United Kingdom, as well as to hone the skills and support the professional capabilities of employees.
Al-Jawyan described the program as a model for effective partnership between the banking sector and national educational institutions, which supports Riyad Bank’s policy of continuous development through training and education to keep pace with the latest technologies and developments in business and banking to meet our customers’ expectations. He explained that the second edition of the training program covers the fields of business technology, information security, and digital banking.
