<His Royal Highness Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz, Acting Governor of Riyadh, praised the launch of Amlak as the first specialized real estate newspaper in the Kingdom, and expressed his admiration for the professional level at which it appeared, congratulated the newspaper's staff and urged them to exert more effort and strive to continue professional development to serve and revitalize the real estate market in the Kingdom. “The issuance of a newspaper specialized in real estate is an important event that contributes to the enrichment and advancement of the real estate sector and the spread of awareness among the community in the fields of real estate and means of its development in a way that serves all parties involved in the real estate market and real estate investment,” said His Royal Highness upon receiving a copy of Amlak during his patronage of the launch of the tourism festival organized by Saudi Aramco at Prince Sultan University.“
Prince Sattam explained that those who are familiar with the issues addressed by Amlak on a preliminary basis realize the seriousness and credibility with which the newspaper deals with everything related to real estate, and called on all those interested and specialists in the real estate sector to raise and discuss the various issues that concern the sector in a serious and in-depth manner so that these discussions contribute to lighting the way for the decision-maker to make the right decision at the right time.
