Al Rajhi Bank opened its new branch last week in Terminal 5 at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, in the presence of the airport’s CEO, Abdulaziz bin Saad Abu Harba; the general manager of the retail banking group, Saleh bin Abdullah Al-Zami; and a group of airport and bank officials

The airport’s CEO expressed his admiration for the new technologies installed at the branch, which includes a self-service kiosk—the first of its kind in the local market—offering a variety of banking services such as the immediate issuance of ATM cards and checkbooks, as well as online banking services, printing account statements for customers, applying to open new accounts, and many other non-cash services, in addition to another ATM for withdrawals and deposits.

The bank ensured that the new branch’s team consists of young Saudis trained to provide all services in accordance with the concept of a “one-stop” employee to serve travelers, arrivals, their families, and airport visitors.

The branch’s design was intended, first and foremost, to harmonize with the modern and contemporary design of the airport’s new terminal, and its design incorporated elements specific to the airport, with the architectural features of the facade and the backdrops behind the staff incorporating elements from a passenger aircraft to give the airport branch a unique character.
