On behalf of Engineer Abdul Latif bin Abdul Malik Al Sheikh, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and patron of the exhibition, Engineer Hussein Al Sudairy, Undersecretary of the Ministry, inaugurated yesterday the activities of the «Structural Design and Interior Decoration Art Exhibition» – the opening ceremony of which is taking place in the Kingdom Hall at the hotel. This edition comes with the participation and support of the Saudi Council of Engineers, and is organized by “First Organization Company” for holding and organizing exhibitions, while Amlak Real Estate Newspaper is the specialized media sponsor.
In press statements, Engineer Al-Sudairi confirmed that the exhibition represents a great interest in shaping the creative relationship between engineering offices, architects and consultants, especially after the Kingdom adopted the Saudi Building Code.
The exhibition aims to serve the community based on the Kingdom’s map and its position in light of current urban and developmental achievements, in addition to crystallizing the needs and aspirations of workers and those concerned in all governmental and private sectors in the fields of “urban planning, creative engineering designs and consultations, decorations and artistic accessories, and related supplies and products,” by highlighting the most prominent developments and ideas that serve their work and specializations, and achieve the message adopted by the exhibition in its slogan “For a home… more luxurious.”
It is worth mentioning that the exhibition will bring together under its roof the best exhibitors and a select group of specialists in engineering and architectural consulting offices, real estate developers, and companies specializing in decoration, furniture and home supplies, to present through it the most prominent products and creative ideas that have been achieved in the fields of architectural engineering designs and interior artworks, according to an organization and management that makes the exhibition a comprehensive and integrated gathering for everything that includes products and ideas of architectural design and decoration arts, and it will open its doors daily between 4 pm until 11 pm.
