Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, the 11th edition of Cityscape Abu Dhabi will be held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center next month. Participating companies will showcase nearly 1,000 real estate projects.
100 local and international companies
For its part, the exhibition’s organizing company confirmed that 100 local and international real estate companies have confirmed their participation in the upcoming edition of the exhibition, an increase of 11% compared to the previous edition, which saw 90 companies participate, It also noted that the total exhibition space for companies in the upcoming edition of the exhibition—which will be held over three days from April 18 to 20—has increased to 18,000 square meters, compared to approximately 16,500 square meters in the previous edition, representing a 9% increase %.
A thousand real estate projects
Informa Exhibitions, the organizer of Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2017, confirmed that companies participating in the exhibition will showcase around 1,000 real estate projects, with more than 15,500 visitors from over 70 countries expected to attend the exhibition. The company noted that the exhibition will focus heavily on mid-range housing compared to previous editions.
Carlo Chamberley, Exhibition Director at Informa Exhibitions, the organizer of Cityscape Abu Dhabi, emphasized that the upcoming edition will be the largest in the past three years.
95% of space reserved
He noted that more than 95% of the exhibition space has been sold, explaining that there is significant interest from major real estate companies and developers to participate in the exhibition, led by Aldar Properties, Abar Investment, Abu Dhabi Holding Group, Hydra Real Estate, Tiger Real Estate, Ras Al Khaimah Real Estate, Waha Al Zawiya, and Bloom Real Estate.
He explained that the exhibition is hosting a scientific conference on the Abu Dhabi real estate market on the sidelines of its activities, featuring 10 keynote speakers with extensive experience in the real estate market in Abu Dhabi and the region.
