In the presence of a large number of businessmen and investors, Itqan Real Estate reviewed the estate of Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulaziz Al Rajhi as its exclusive marketer, concluding its participation in Cityscape Qatar 2017, held at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center, under the patronage of Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassim bin Mohammed Al Thani, Minister of Economy and Trade, and revealed the real estate opportunities to be auctioned in the next two months.

The pavilion included the first phase of the estate's real estate auctions, which includes seven properties, as follows; in Riyadh, the pavilion includes: Twarn Center on the intersection of King Fahd and Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Roads (formerly Tahlia), Dar Al Wakala Center on Olaya Road, Riyadh Commercial Market, Electron Center located in the commercial area in Al Batha, Al Quds land located on Abdul Rahman Al Ghafiqi Road and the extension of Al Arouba Road east of Riyadh, and Al Sealy land near the National Guard Housing and the second ring, in addition to Al Andalus Center and the Saudi Business Center in Jeddah.
