This came during the launch ceremony of the second edition of the initiative to build the capacities and expertise of workers in orphan care associations around the Kingdom at Al-Saif Hall in Al-Khobar, which was organized by BINA and sponsored by the Emir of the Eastern Province and the presence of the Minister of Labor and Social Development.
