Ministry of Justice Releases Weekly Real Estate Index

The real estate index recorded an increase in initial notarial registrations in Riyadh, Makkah, Madinah, Al-Ahsa, Taif, Tabuk, Jazan, Ahad Rafidah, Jubail, Al-Jafr, Al-Jamoum, Al-Khabra, Riyadhah, Al-Dir’iyah, Al-Ayoun, Al-Ghat, Al-Qurayyat, andNaftha, Al-Qawara, Al-Majma’ah, Al-Muzahmiyah, Tayma, Harimla, Hawtah Bani Tamim, Dumat Al-Jandal, Sarah Ubaydah, Shaqra, Sabya, Najran, and Yanbu, and a decline at the First Notary Offices in Jeddah, Dammam, Al-Khobar, Abha, Buraydah, Hail, and Abi Arish , Al-Bada’i, Al-Bukairiyah, Al-Hariq, Al-Kharj, Al-Khafji, Al-Ras, Al-Zulfi, Al-Qatif, Al-Makhwah, Al-Muzanib, Baqiq, Hafra Al-Batin, Khamis Mushait, Rafha, Sakaka, Sharurah, Samtah, Arar, Arqa, Unaizah, Ayun Al-Jawa, and Wadi Al-Dawasir .
This is according to the weekly report issued by the Ministry of Justice for the period from Sunday, 23/11/1434 AH, to Thursday, 27/11/1434 AH.
The real estate index at the First Notary Office in Riyadh recorded an increase of (178.64%) , amounting to (3276377157) riyals. Similarly, the real estate index at the First Notary Office in Makkah recorded an increase of (1352963861) riyals, representing a rise of (84.63%) . The real estate index at the First Notary Office in Madinah recorded an increase of (418,267,057) riyals, representing a percentage increase of (30.35%), while the real estate index at the First Notary Office in Al-Ahsa rose by (136,764,237) riyals, an increase of (11.65%) . The real estate index at the First Notary Public Office in Taif rose by (59,977,371) riyals, representing an increase of (46.63%) , and the real estate index at the First Notary Office in Tabuk rose by (97,595,129) riyals, an increase of (49.55%) , and the real estate index at the First Notary Office in Jazan rose by (28,434,866) riyals, representing a percentage increase of (143.28%) , and the real estate index at the Rafidah Notary Office recorded an increase of (15,983,851) riyals, representing a percentage increase of (38.68%) , and the real estate index at the Jubail Notary Public Office recorded an increase of (46,277,834) riyals, representing a percentage increase of (34.64%) , and the real estate index at the Al-Jafr Notary Public Office recorded an increase of (22,627,000) riyals, representing a percentage increase of (14.31%) , and the real estate index at the Al-Jamoum Notary Public Office recorded an increase of (23,260,000) riyals, representing a percentage change of (126.19%) , and the real estate index at the Al-Khabra and Riyadh Notary Public Office recorded an increase of (17,554,649) riyals, representing a percentage increase of (498.48%) , and the real estate index at the Al-Dir’iya Notary Public Office recorded an increase of (108,931,920) riyals, representing a percentage increase of (987.06%) , and the real estate index at the Al-Ayoun Notary Public Office rose by (4,896,733) riyals, representing an increase of (134.29%) , and the real estate index at the Al-Ghat Notary Public Office rose by (1,643,500) riyals, an increase of (47.73%) , and the real estate index at the Al-Qurayyat Notary Public Office rose by (6,471,174) riyals, an increase of (20.69%) , and the real estate index at the Al-Qunfudhah Notary Public Office rose by (3,373,000) riyals, an increase of (37.67%) , and the real estate index at the Al-Qawara Notary Public Office rose by (2,520,787) riyals, an increase of (109.85%) , and the real estate index at the Al-Majma’ah Notary Public Office rose by 14,549,183 riyals, an increase of 118.68%. The real estate index at the Al-Muzahmiyah Notary Office rose by (96,198,445) riyals, representing a percentage increase of (10.13%), and the real estate index at the Taima Notary Office rose by (3,171,585) riyals, representing a percentage increase of (32.59%). The real estate index at the Harimla Notary Public Office rose by (7,732,000) riyals, representing a percentage increase of (13.93%). and the real estate index at the Notary Public Office in Hawtah Bani Tamim rose by (5,294,000) riyals, representing a percentage increase of (155.75%); The real estate index at the Dumat Al-Jandal Notary Public Office rose by (1,922,500) riyals, representing a percentage increase of (45.53%) , and the real estate index at the Sarah Abidah Notary Office recorded an increase of (2,026,650) riyals, representing a percentage change of (179.92%) , and the real estate index at the Shagra Notary Public Office recorded an increase of (6,202,000) riyals, representing a percentage change of (0.03%), and the real estate index at the Sabya Notary Public Office recorded an increase of (95,921,599) riyals, representing a percentage change of (791.01%) , and the real estate index at the Najran Notary Public Office recorded an increase of (27,766,581) riyals, representing a percentage change of (83.08%) , and the real estate index at the Yanbu Notary Office recorded an increase of (45,559,100) riyals, representing a percentage change of (22.12%) .
Meanwhile, the real estate index at the First Notary Office in Jeddah recorded a decrease of (2648641338) riyals, representing a percentage of (51.4%) , and the real estate index at the First Notary Office in Dammam recorded a decrease of (628861333) riyals, representing a percentage change of (30.1%) , and the real estate index at the First Notary Public Office in Al-Khobar recorded a decrease of (266718232) riyals, representing a percentage change of (34.86%) , and the real estate index at the First Notary Public Office in Abha recorded a decrease of (75,682,670) riyals, representing a decline of (14.67%) , and the real estate index at the First Notary Public Office in Buraydah recorded a decrease of (19,341,4535) riyals, representing a percentage change of (43.21%) , and the real estate index at the First Notary Office in Jail recorded a decrease of (49,445,154) riyals, representing a percentage change of (41.46%) , and the real estate index at the Notary Public Office in Abi Arish recorded a decrease of (5,711,287) riyals, representing a percentage change of (66.51%) , and the real estate index at the Notary Public Office in Al-Bada’i recorded a decrease of (10,700,000) riyals, a decrease of (10.68%).
