The value of real estate investments in the medical sector in the Gulf amounted to 61.6 billion dollars.

The report indicated that the number of projects under construction in the Gulf region exceeded 10.9 thousand projects worth 350 billion dollars, while the number of pending projects exceeded 3.3 thousand projects worth 494.9 billion dollars.
