Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, the international exhibition accompanying the ”Annual Investment Forum” kicked off today. The event is being held at the Dubai World Trade Center over three days and features the participation of approximately 250 companies and government entities from / 125 / countries, including the United Arab Emirates.
During his visit to the exhibition—which was held in conjunction with the annual Government Achievements Exhibition—His Highness toured the event, stopping at several booths of participating government agencies and listening to explanations from their representatives regarding the agencies" achievements...This includes the implementation of the Smart Government system in Dubai, the provision of all smart services to the public, and making it easier for them to complete their government transactions without wasting time or effort... Among the booths His Highness visited were those of the Dubai Health Authority, the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, and the Dubai Police General Headquarters, as well as the booths of Dubai Airports, the Dubai Public Prosecution, the Land Department, the Dubai Executive Council, and the Department of Economic Development.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and his entourage then visited the Republic of Tatarstan’s pavilion, where His Highness listened to a presentation by its President, His Excellency Rustam Aminiktov, who explained to His Highness the opportunities available in his country to attract foreign investment, particularly in theagriculture, tourism, and the breathtaking natural scenery and other natural resources that Tatarstan is rich in.
His Highness the Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai continued his tour of the exhibition, stopping at the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development pavilion and the Sustainable City pavilion, one of the projects of Diamond Developers... His Highness concluded his tour of the exhibition, expressing his satisfaction with the competition among government entities.
His Highness emphasized that the exhibition accompanying the annual investment forum provides an opportunity for exhibitors and visitors to network and exchange expertise and information on the importance of foreign investment and the establishment of strategic partnerships among various sectors in countries seeking to attract such investments. His Highness noted that the UAE will remain the preferred destination for foreign investment in the region, as it enjoys stability, security, and safety, as well as laws that protect capital, in addition to providing a transparent, stimulating, and secure investment environment.
His Highness welcomed all companies and businesspeople in the United Arab Emirates in general and Dubai in particular... His Highness noted the excellent reputation and high level of trust our country enjoys in global investment circles.
