With the aim of highlighting the range of electronic services provided by the “Ejar Network” and its importance in preserving the rights of the parties to the rental process, the Riyadh Chamber, represented by the Real Estate Committee, will organize an introductory meeting on Wednesday 12-4-2017, in cooperation with Ejar Initiative, one of the initiatives of the Ministry of Housing.
On this occasion, the head of the committee, Aiad Al-Wabri, explained that the meeting comes to educate the parties to the rental process about the objectives of the electronic network for rental services and explain the mechanism of dealing with the electronic system, calling on investors in the real estate sector to actively participate and express their opinions and observations about the services.
The electronic network project was implemented by the Ministry of Housing in cooperation with a number of relevant governmental and semi-governmental agencies. It aims to provide a package of electronic services, including preserving the rights of the parties to the rental process (tenant, lessor, and real estate broker), in addition to providing electronic payment of rental payments, contract documentation and other services.
The meeting comes to raise awareness of the objectives of the electronic network of rental services and explain the mechanism of dealing with the electronic system.
