The Emirati company Burfleg has signed a concession agreement to manage the offices of *Amlak* newspaper in Dubai, in addition to marketing, printing, and distributing *Amlak* throughout the United Arab Emirates, and contributing to the newspaper’s media coverage and partnerships.
Abdulaziz Al-Issa, editor-in-chief of Amlak, said: “The signing of this contract with the Emirati company Burfleg represents a major qualitative leap in the newspaper’s reach across the UAE, as well as in raising real estate awareness, given that Amlak specializes in the region,” emphasizing the significant role that “Amlak” plays in the Gulf and the Arab region.
For his part, Ali Al-Shawi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Perfleg,” confirmed that the company had been seeking to win this concession for some time, saying: “There is no doubt that Amlak enjoys a strong and prominent reputation in the Gulf and the Arab world, and has an elite readership and following in the region,” adding that signing the contract to manage the newspaper’s offices in Dubai, as well as to market, print, and distribute Amlak, is a positive step and a major asset for the company, explaining that this is the beginning of contracts for other real estate projects, and expressing his hope that the signing of this contract will contribute to the strong printing and distribution of *Amlak* in the UAE, just as it is in the rest of the Gulf states.
Al-Shawi also predicted a bright future for Amlak as a leading newspaper in the real estate sector with a very wide reach in the region, calling for further cooperation and joint efforts.
