The “Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2017,“ held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, concluded its 11th edition with media sponsorship from Amlak Real Estate newspaper.
The exhibition witnessed the launch of numerous real estate projects catering to high- and middle-income buyers, amid a large turnout of visitors that exceeded expectations and a rise in sales figures.
Real estate companies used the exhibition as a platform to launch their projects, capitalizing on its global momentum in terms of the number of visitors, participants, and projects launched. They showcased their premier real estate projects to take advantage of the large number of valuable investment opportunities.
Recent market studies have shown that the UAE tops the list of countries attracting real estate investment in the Middle East, noting that 88% of homebuyers, individual investors, and investment firms believe the UAE is the most attractive country for real estate investment in the region. With the completion of approximately 3,100 residential units in Abu Dhabi last year—mostly in Al Reem Island, Saraya, Al Dana, and Al Rawda—the housing stock in the UAE’s capital rose to 248,000 units.
The ”Cityscape Dialogues,” a new initiative launched during this edition of the exhibition, garnered widespread interest from visitors for its role in assisting and guiding them with their future investments.
